LeadsLockedIn supplies business contact information about newly registered motor carriers, compiled from public federal records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and enriched with third-party verification. We sell information. We do not sell insurance, provide insurance advice, or act as an agent, broker or producer.
When you unlock a lead, that carrier record is assigned to your account permanently and is removed from every other customer’s board. We will not sell that same lead to another customer. Exclusivity applies to the lead record on this platform; it does not prevent the carrier from being contacted by anyone who obtains their details independently, including from the same public federal records.
Leads are priced by the carrier's reported fleet size: $99 for an owner-operator (1 power unit, or where fleet size has not yet been reported in the federal record), $149 for a small fleet (2–5 power units) and $349 for a fleet (6+ power units). The price of each lead is shown on the board and again at checkout before payment, and that displayed price governs. Each new account receives one free lead, once, for the lifetime of the account. Payment is taken at the moment of unlock. We do not store card details; payments are processed by Stripe.
We verify each lead before it reaches your board. If, at the moment you unlocked it, either of the following was untrue, report it within 72 hours and the lead is free:
The insurance condition is determined automatically by comparing the filing date on the federal record with the timestamp of your unlock, and is not a judgement we make. The telephone number is taken from the carrier's own FMCSA registration and screened for malformed and placeholder numbers; we do not place calls to verify it, so that condition is assessed on your report. One replacement is issued per purchase.
The guarantee covers data accuracy, not sales outcomes. It does not cover a carrier who does not answer, is not interested, buys elsewhere after you unlocked the lead, cannot afford coverage, or otherwise does not become your customer.
You are the calling party. We never contact carriers on your behalf. You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and do-not-call rules, CAN-SPAM, and any other law governing your outreach — including obtaining any consent required before calling or texting.
You may use lead data for your own outreach. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or licence it, share account access, create multiple accounts to obtain additional free leads, or use automated means to extract data from the service. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are abusing these terms.
The service depends on federal data feeds we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular volume of leads. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
You may close your account at any time. Leads you have already unlocked remain yours. We may update these terms and will note the date above; material changes will be emailed to you.
